1.Shipping Origin & Methods

All of our products are shipped directly from our warehouses in China. We are a cross-border e-commerce seller.

To provide the best balance of cost and efficiency, we select the shipping method based on your product’s actual weight and volumetric dimensions. The methods used are:

  • Air Freight (Generally for lighter/smaller items)
  • Sea Freight (Generally for heavier/larger items)

The final choice between air or sea freight is made at our discretion to ensure the most suitable service for your order.

2.Delivery Time & Service

We offer a door-to-door delivery service to the address you specify during checkout.

Please note that total delivery times can vary widely based on the shipping method, destination, customs clearance, and other factors. The estimated overall shipping and delivery time is 7 to 45 business days from the date your order is processed and dispatched.

Please be aware that this time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee. Delays may occasionally happen due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, logistics carrier delays, or customs inspections.

3.Import Duties & Taxes (Important)

As your order is an international shipment, it may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the customs authorities of your country. The customer is solely responsible for paying all these charges.

Our Role: To facilitate a smooth customs clearance process and help minimize potential fees, our freight forwarders utilize special declaration channels. In many cases, this allows you to receive your product normally. However, this process means we do not handle the payment of these taxes and duties on your behalf.

4.Critical Notice: Customs Documentation

Due to the specific nature of the customs clearance channels used by our agents, we do not provide customs declaration documents (such as commercial invoices or packing lists for customs) to the end customer for standard shipments.

If you require the formal customs documentation for your records, for reimbursement purposes, or for any legal reason, you MUST contact us BEFORE placing your order. We can explore alternative shipping solutions that provide full documentation, which may involve different costs and longer shipping times.

By placing an order with our standard shipping, you acknowledge and accept that you will not receive customs paperwork.

5.Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey. Please allow 1-3 business days for the tracking information to become active.
